Where are you located?

We are located at 7321 Madison Street in Forest Park, IL.. We are on the corner of Madison Street & Circle Avenue, just a 5 minute walk to the CTA Blue or Green Line.

Do you allow dogs and/or pets?

No.

Do you have food?

We do not have a kitchen currently. Guests are welcome to bring in outside food to enjoy at the bar. Please support our neighborhood restaurants and small businesses in Forest Park.

Do you accept table reservations?

No, we only accept reservations if it is included as a ticket type for a concert.

Can we bring our own decorations?

What is your bag/backpack/purse policy?

Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. To help ensure that happens, we encourage you to travel light. All bags are subject to search. Any contents (outside liquor, drugs, weapons, etc.) found that are not allowed in the venue will be confiscated and will not be returned.

What is your camera policy?

No Flash Photography. No Audio Recording of any kind. No Video Recording of any kind. No Detachable Lens Cameras without prior approval from Robert’s Westside.

Who do I contact for artist booking?

Please email donnie@robertswestside.​com. All submissions are welcome, but please keep in mind that we receive many requests and are not able to respond to all inquiries.

Do I need to download the DICE App to attend a concert?

If you want to guarantee entry to a concert, you will need to purchase an advance ticket through our website and download the DICE App. If tickets are not sold out in advance, you can pay cash or C.C. at the door.

I left my credit card at Robert’s Westside. When can I pick it up?

Please come between 3PM-6PM to retrieve your card. All open credit card tabs are subject to a 25% auto-gratuity at the close of the business day.

Is Robert’s Westside ADA accessible?

Robert’s Westside is an ADA compliant bar and music venue with accessible seating and restrooms.

Are there seats?

The bar and venue has a variety of seating. Some events will be standing room only, however, we are happy to make accommodations for guests with limited mobility or other impairments. Reserved seating is only available if offered as a specific ticket type. You cannot call ahead to reserve a table or a seat for a show. Is Robert’s Westside 21+? Do I have to show ID to get in?

Yes and yes. Robert’s Westside is 21+. A valid, government-issued ID is required to enter the premises. Under 21 is allowed with a parent or legal guardian.

Do you have parking?

We do not have dedicated parking on site for patrons, however, there is ample street parking on Madison Street and in the surrounding area. Please be aware of parking signage and permitted areas, and be mindful of our neighbors when entering and exiting the venue.

Do you have an ATM?

No.

Do you have a coat check?

No, but we have hooks located under the bar and on the north end of the venue near the emergency exit.

Can I get tickets to a sold out show?

We occasionally release tickets to sold-out shows based on the number of no-shows we have. This is often done later in the evening around the headliner’s set time, however, there is no guarantee we’ll do so, and generally, if a show is sold out online, there are no further tickets available. The best place to learn if and when we’re releasing additional tickets is via our Facebook and Instagram.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We do not issue refunds or offer ticket exchanges. All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets or for guests who are denied entry due to invalid ID. Event time and lineup are subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the point of purchase used. Resale of any ticket at a price greater than the original ticket price is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions.
